No one I discuss this with has ever seen this issue and I've stumped long-time veterans in Network Infrastructure, Server Administration, Client Systems folks - Not a single person can explain what's happening here. Unadopting and Readopting to the Tera server has no change. Traceroutes have been done over the port to the Teradici server with packet sizes up to and beyond what the MTU cap is set for on the Zero clients (1200). ![]() All network routes are correct, no other traffic has any issues. These devices have all been attempted to be run with 5.4.1, 5.5.1, and 6.4 Firmware - all the same result. Everything on the switch is normal and inline with other switches of the same configuration. The Clients work if you bring them to another area. Zero Clients no longer work in this area. All other devices (Thick Clients, VOIP, Printers, VTC) work without issue on the same switch. It was only after we added 4 more of these devices and ran into this issue, did this same error present itself on the first client. We're having this issue with 5 devices in the same area, all on the same Cisco 3750 Switch.ġ out of the 5 Devices was working flawlessly on this same switch for 6 months. Tera_mgmt_ssl send() failed to send 6 bytes!Įverything else leading up to this in the event log looks normal compared to one that works. XFFFFe8f2 MGTM_SSL : tera_mgmt_ssl_recv: failed on session_id(9) connection_id(0): (Unknown Error) In the Error logs that aspect of the handshake shows this: When establishing a connection to a desktop, my PCoIP clients make it through credentialing (physical tokens), you can select an available VM Pool, and then it ultimately says "Connecting to Desktop" before showing the IP address of the VM and then the connection hangs there until the error message "Connection Error x1002. Been beating my head against the wall for over a month on this problem. ![]()
